Does anyone use the MAG grips for lat pulldowns and rows? I bought a medium supinate grip on recommendation of a friend and it is awesome. I was thinking about ordering the close grip supinatea for pulldowns also, but don't know anyone with personal experience.

I've used the medium and wide one, not the narrow one.

I like the medium one for rows; good width to feel the muscles work (I think better than the narrow ones).

The wide one is good for pulldowns in that it is more of a neutral grip than horizontal like most bars for pulldowns

they are tGoat. I love them. Wide is a little weird but still nice. Medium and close are so amazing.

Thanks. I've been debating between the medium pronate, the wide, and the close supinate as my next one, but strongly leaning towards the close supinate. Think I'm just going to order it. Can always add the pronate version later.

Thanks for the nudge on this. Got my close grip supinate in yesterday and used it today. I love this thing. Really feel the contraction in the lower lats on pulldowns while greatly reducing the assistance from the biceps compared to using a straight bar with a supinate grip.

Increased weight on my normal reps by ~20% and still felt much more in control. I see the medium pronate grip in my near future now.

My old gym had them and they are awesome.

I'm planning on buying a medium pronated for my neighborhood gym.

I like the mid supinated only. The break angle right near the inside part of the wrist puts a ton of strain on my ligaments. I wish the part that fits in your hand was half as deep. Otherwise I really like the angle of attack they give you. They arent any better than just the regular old school supinated knurled close grip and mid gril v-bar for rows.
