Low Carb Symptoms

Started low carb yesterday morning and am experiencing something a little strange. I can't go more than an hour without going to pee, even in the night I probably woke up six times having to go and was generally restless. Is this normal and does it go away?

That is normal. You have no reason to store water anymore. You need to drink ketoaid regularly though.

I've been on Keto for 2 months, and I didn't personally experience anything like that.

THat happens to me when I go low carb. In fact, I get like that the last hour of my intermittent fast window. Pee clear constantly.

It’s super common. It’s part of the reason most people have large losses the first week. Lots of water weight.
Make sure you get plenty of magnesium, potassium, and sodium to keep your electrolytes at appropriate levels. That’s the best way to avoid the keto flu feelings during this stage.

I’m trying but it seems to be going out as fast as I drink it. I guess this means I had a lot of water stored up?

On low carb days for me I get really bad headaches
And basically hydrated until it goes away
