Can someone recommend a good pair of running tights that have a pouch for your package? Do not like the way regular compression fit in that area.

You could try some of the ones that are loose around the crotch but tight around the ankle. I have some that work great.

I wear Sugoi for running when it’s below freezing. You’re going to need to go try em on, they all fit differently. I had some mizuno I hated.

I’m talking about tights for running in the cold. I know nothing about compression stuff or junk pouches.

I tried alot and I prefer the BCG running tights from Academy and then wear my regular running shorts over them with a pouch and I have no movement.

I think the right underwear could solve your issue.

If you are looking for true running tights these are a few to check out that may work for you. They were recently suggested to based on similar criteria, unfortunately i haven't been able to try for myself yet. these are shorts but assume they have long version if that's what you wanted.

rabbit - pocket tights
track smith - reggie
way of life athletic co. - pocket half tight

I like 2XU especially when they're on clearance. They make very great tights for post-run recovery and a great pair of compression socks for a high price.

I have always worn Nike running tights for colder weather situations and had no issues. Look for this particular one of any of the Nike tights that have stitching that goes around the knee or calf area. I've gone one pair that just has stitching along the outside of my legs and it's not very flexible with my knees.

Just get a jockstrap and wear tights over it. Best advice I got for exercising the first few weeks after vasectomy.
