Before you look into trt, try boron at 9-12mg taken in the morning and try and get the free test up. Do that for 3 months and get levels checked again.

If you want to get total test up, try sustain alpha

yea about as good as you can get over the counter. pain in the arse though being a transdermal


the guy who created got his start doing transdermals out of steroid base powders like test base, nandrolone base, tren base, eq base etc. used to be on the old outlawmuscle back in the 2000s. then went on to create primodial performance. Feds knew it was the same guy and that he used the steroid procedes to bank roll PP but could never prove it. harassed him for years and raided him and took his stock multiple times. finally agreed to deal with them and was able to start a new company.

dermacrine was his pride and joy but technically its considered steroidal because of the dhea. sustain alpha was his answer to make sure there was no shut down and only optimization.

the transdermal carrier is about the best you could find. does really well with compounds with a molecular weight below 200 daltons and exceptionally well for those under 270 daltons.

both dermacrine and sustain alpha do well for helping women too especially with libido that is caused by non-existent testosterone production. if it's caused by no dopamine reaction, only pt-141 can really help that.


for males combining sustain alpha with boron is about as good as you can do OTC non steroidal. using that and then cycling in 12 weeks of dermacrine in place of the sustain alpha and you have a stack that can help. he has other prohomones on there too that are damn good.

have you tested your numbers? i would and then add the sustain alpha and see how your numbers are. then remove the TA and DAA and test again and compare..

Once they are dried no, but with sustain alpha no worries about that as it’s non steroidal

ultra hard- will be steroidial in nature but very weak and very little shut down. As name indicates, more of a cutting compound. can be combined with dermacrine for decent 1st time cycle followed by sustain alpha for 8 weeks + boron for post cycle therapy to get boys working again. also can be added to trt as a little boost

ultra eleven- one of the better cutting compounds on the market period, regardless of legality of the compounds. needs to be higher dose but works amazing well. this is the parent compound to the 11-oxo that was very popular as a oral PH. compound was originally formulated by patrick arnold of balco fame and inventor of the original 1-ad and 4-ad when he came out with it called 11-kt. tends to help with visceral fat and fatty deposits in the chest area as it helps with cortisol amongst other things.

alpha seven- 7 keto dhea- another cutting compound. controls cortisol. does better job than reduce xt but also is transdermal vs oral. original Patrick arnold creation if i remember correctly and was originally sold by competitive edge labs out of houston before they got taken down over superdrol, pplex, hdrol, tren PHs etc

iconogenin- strength and size builder. prolly most potent of the ones Iconic sells

icon one- 1-dhea. this is a 2 step covversion to 1-testosterone made famous when patrick arnold released 1-ad in 2000 which was a 1 step oral with greater than 50% conversion and bioavalibity rate. because it is transdermal it is much better than the oral versions. but still takes high dose. this can be used as cutting agent or size builder. very good strength, size and hardning at high doses

ultra epi- contains 1 of the 2 ingredients in ultra hard. again good cutting agent but on weaker side for sure.


alpha four- the is the 4-dhea which means its a 2 step conversion to 4-AD which was 1 step conversion to testosterone that Patrick made famous when he came out with it in 2000.

ultra three- is 3-ad. another Patrick arnold creation he never released and was picked up by other companies. Not sure if this is the same formula as the original or not.



most of these are decent additions for small boost if already on trt. nothing ground breaking though.
