The nordic curls and lunges with the knee over the toes are killer.
The Nordic curls are no joke. I did some tonight just focusing on the eccentric portion

I’m getting there too. I’ve been having some knee issues and his concepts make a lot of sense. Everything I’ve done so far has felt good

What I have. I do not know what program you should u start with as that would depend on where your injuries are and what your goals are. But in general I do know they want everyone working towards achieving the standards laid out in the standards program.
Feel free to look around and download whatever.

I've had the program for two weeks. You really need some of these random pieces of equipment to progress: tib bar, slant board, 'MonkeyFoot'. will set you back about $300-400.
Also, I find the program lacking overall in terms of hypertrophy training. I do his daily workouts and then add 2-3 exercises to each day. His stuff is mostly for basketball in mind so he's not really trying to pack on LBs of muscle for his athletes.

Is my program messed up or is it just the same m/w/f workout the entire first 3 months?

I signed up for his channel but didn't stick with it. My knees still hurt all the time.

I think yours is messed up. There are three main programs.
The zero program is 10-12 movements that are very modifiable. Once you master those, you go to dense.
Dense is a M-F schedule with 3-5 movements per day. Those 15-25 movements have milestones based on your body weight you need to hit in order to go onto the third program, standards. For example, One of the milestones is performing 10x8 of Patrick step ups on a slant board on 6 inch blocks with 50% BW in 20 mins. I think he mixes up the daily routines week to week but I can’t remember rn.
Standards is similar to dense but with higher milestones and more complex movements.
