I’ve seen one or two in physical therapy clinics. Curious what they are used for, rehab wise. I know from just a workout perspective, it’s a legit calorie burner.

I'd love to have one for my home gym but they're expensive AF

My military physical therapy clinic is considering getting one; just trying to get some feedback on it.

oh yeah. murder. I'm proud of myself. I've gotten up to two minutes but I do it after the rest of my cardio workout.

What is it? I’ve never heard of it.

Never mind. I know what it is. Just never heard the term Jacob’s ladder.

It certainly tests how shitty your cardio level is. I hate that machine.

They have one at my gym but I’ve only seen one guy using it. Looks like a torture device.
