I haven't done any of them. I have been doing my own thing and kind of taking a break from the barbell this month.

I'm very curious what the workouts are gonna look like.

Tomorrow is my last day of PS2 and I am try to decide between FOTH2, Benchuary or rising buns.

I want to do rising buns, but those workouts typically take longer than the hour I allocate in the mornings.

I've not done any of the prep. I plan on doing Benchuary, but as the workouts drop I'll really decide. I don' doubt that bench will benefit from this, but I don't want to neglect legs. Also, I don't want to do pullups because I have tendonitis in one elbow and it's starting to affect my DL grip a little. I stopped doing power cleans because they hurt so bad.

All that said, I bet this program hits it all and I look forward to getting started Monday.

On week 2 of PpSA silverback and really enjoying slightly lower volume and higher weights. Think I’m gonna skip Benchuary but snag the workouts :)

I just watched the stories that were posted about leg day during this month.

I think I’ll try and do some light squats a couple times a week. What’s you guys thoughts?

I might try to knock this out today! I always miss a day during the week and have to make it up on Saturday.

I’m assuming low, med, high is weight on tricep push downs?

Pushups are height from floor. Low is 18", med is 24", and high is 30".

Just realized you read that as push downs, but these are tricep pushups.

Here's a 1 rep max calculator for anyone needing one. Will show weights from 100% to 50%.

Same... I watched his videos also. One point he stressed was it's ok to keep squats and deadlifts IF a.) your body is already used to doing then regularly and b.) you're OK with possibly not getting an absolute max on PR day.

Think I'll incorporate a little leg work each day. Probably 3-4 sets of 1 lift. Squat, RFESS, Goblet Squat, RDL, etc. Just rotate a different one each day.

What rep scheme and % are yall thinking about starting with on the close grip bench?

I'll probably start with a 6-8 reps on 1st set. I want to rap with no more than 5 sets total.

Between that and all the tricep pushups, the only thing I'm going to feel like pushing Tuesday is day 2 to day 3!
