I've been doing it for three weeks. Notice pants are getting much looser. Haven't noticed any strength loss or muscle loss. Endurance at the gym is good. I'm eating about 1500-1800 calories/day. Started at 229 and now weigh 215. Thinking about getting to 205/200 then slowly raise calories to 2000/2200. My end goal is to trim fat and lean up a little bit more.

I've always been able to lose weight pretty good when I get disciplined about it. I'm fasting from 6:00pm-11:30ish am.

shite, just eating well and working out will reduce the waistline to non-American levels.

Same boat. Been on 1750/day (no fasting though) for a month and dropped 16 lbs. The goal is drop 7 more and then I’ll slowly add back a few calories per day til I can find a nice maintainable number.
