According to the chart I’m around 11-12 to 13-15%

It’s really tough to judge and there are many factors at play. For instance, this is me at 140#, 12.9% and then a year ago at 160-165#, around 22% IIRC. Now different circumstances, lighting, TAN, etc. but to me they don’t look THAT FAR apart. I had plenty of vascularity @ 170. It has to do with belly fat and mis interpreting that IMO... and beer in my situation! Haha

Anybody who's had Dexa done, are your arms/legs symmetrical? Looks like my left leg has 1# less lean mass than my right. Makes sense as I have a partially torn quad in my left leg making it weaker, but I was hoping they'd be pretty symmetrical for a number of reasons.

Did a styku at my gym for a 5 week challenge...it said I was at 24.9....will do the end of challenge scan on Monday. I did isagenix, quit drinking, and worked out 6 days a week....I did have a little slip up on a work trip where I drank 3 nights...we will see where it is at on Monday but I've dropped about 10 lbs....the scan said I need to drop 17 to get to 17 percent body fat and I would reach my goal by mid march with current calorie intake and exercise routine...seems spot on with my weight loss

Follow up styku scan showed I was at 22% body fat down from 24.9 after 5 weeks....it showed overall improvement from top to bottom.....will do 2 more months of isagenix 30 day challenges and try to get under 20%

According to this I am somewhere around 8-10% and 11-12%
I would say probably closer to the 8-10%

Got an update from 2 months ago.

So my gym does Styku and SECA scans. In my last post I said it was a Dexa (couldn't tell you the difference).

Everything trended up (bigger) except my "lower thigh" which the guy said meant there was more definition there and the fat went down. My butt gained about 2 inches and my gut dropped the same

My "Phase Angle" which is apparently the health of my cells was 93% for my age, which I considered pretty fing good.

Going through 8 weeks of trying to be really good to see what I can do. Diet and keeping up strength training (going to push/pull/leg from 5/3/1 4X a week. Going to do some cardio 1 day additional and add some stuff in at end of at least one other day
