I’m enjoying it. W1D4 kicked my arse today. Just trying to figure it out. You seem very knowledgeable ab the PPSA programs in other threads. Im glad you responded.

I just finished day 3 of all I want for Christmas is a big bench. I read a bunch of y’all recommended the program so I decided to blindly give it a try. I’m liking it so far but have never saw a program where you hit one muscle group every day. So question one is- is this safe? I’m doing my best to eat and sleep as much as possible but it’s weird not having any rest days for that muscle group.

Question 2- you bench press every day. I’ve been doing flat bench every day. Are you supposed to switch it up? Incline one day, flat the next etc?

They’re definitely going to foul/mug him when he brings it down. I think it’s a natural decision for him instead of bringing it down bc he’s getting fouled. Could be wrong though

Love Eason’s game but he needs to learn not to put the basketball on the floor or go down with the ball on offensive rebounds and fast break attempts. He does it every time and their D swarms him. He could have had 6-8pts if he went straight up with the ball.

Also, sucks having to listen to announcers degrade LSU every chance they get.

Be cautious of Phillip4. Pretty sure he is a scammer. Got in touch with him ab some Lipscomb tickets. He tells me he they are GA tickets to make him an offer, then says the tickets are in section 113 Row J. He was asking $140/tix. Told him I was looking to spend $50. Phillip says I seem real so he’ll do it via Venmo but couldn’t do it in person Bc he’s out of town. Post count 8, tickets to good for $50 ticket. Scammer
