My gym has only to 120's. I've stopped at 110's thus far. Did like 6 reps today. look to hit the 120's sooner than later

Shoulders: 90s, if I could get the 100s up I'm sure I could do them.
Bench: 125s. That's as high as my gym goes

180s for incline bench and tricep overhead. College gym

Jesus, thought I was doing good when I got the 120s up for a few reps in incline.
Right now I only have the powerblock dumbbells and they only go to 120. After I finish the building for the new gym and settle in, I am going to slowly start buying solid head dbs up to 200 maybe up to 250 depending on what I find on the used market

I don't think it's necessary to go up higher than 150 honestly. I reserve my heavy stuff for the barbell.

My gym's DB's only go up to 150, so yeah Ive done almost everything with them.
DB incline, db flat, shoulder press etc.

two downvotes? alrighty then
Like how the only downvotes in this thread are for my post.
Anyone ever dabble with single arm barbell press? I've gotten 135lb. Hard as hell to balance.

And here I thought I was doing well because I got 70lb chest press for 5 reps the other day.

You are, it's about competing with yourself not others. Always going to be somebody stronger

Not really dangerous if done in power rack but they sure as hell are humbling

I don't see the risk reward to a torn PEC
