Head / neck weights when working abs

Mates, in the quest to improve my already impressive six pack abs and to more greatly define my already chiseled jawline, I’ve taken to following my friend, DJ and fitness guru Chris Heria’s ab workouts whilst alternating between Saints and LSU football helmets. These are old school heavy helmets back from when I still played in the early 2000’s and I feel these extra 4-6 pounds really give my neck, jaw, and core an extra punch.

There's a scene in a movie, Revenge of the Nerds I think, where someone is doing sit ups with a maskless football helmet with a rod attached to the top for adding plate weights.

That's The Wild Life. Sean and Chris Penn, Eric Stolz. Chris Penn actually had the top billing. Madonna's Cruel Summer was a featured song on the soundtrack.
