I've added some additional Vitamin C and D as well as making sure to spend at least 30 minutes outside each day.

I can't help but think that some intensive cardio helps to exercise the lungs a bit too.

More water intake and more athletic training as opposed to just lifting things and putting them down.

I haven’t added or decreased any supplements. But I have added about 15-20 minutes of cardio to each of my weight training days.

By the way, what are effective ways to strengthen the immune system?

Exercise daily
Sleep hygiene
Quality diet rich in healthy fats, vitamins + minerals from both plants and animals
Physical hygiene
Limit alcohol intake

Supplementation of vitamins shores up potential vitamin deficiencies and Vitamix C + Zinc can help shorten the common cold... But they won't do much against a disease like COVID-19.

On top of the multivitamin I was already taking.

Increased water intake, essentially an extra 1L
Yakult with my morning coffee
Hot lemon water + acv

I’m still working, so I’m not concerned with cardio. I’m constantly in the 20k steps range at the end of the day.
