I used 95lbs. Wasn't terrible. I'll probably slowly add to it.

I used 145lbs for the last of arm farm which was 13 reps, so uh a lot lighter than that for me maybe 40% bench max to start? Would be 105 for me I think.

//edit done with Day1. Felt like a lot more classic strength training for first half due to no supersets and a lot of sets of bench and Yates rows. Then the front/rear laterals kicked my arse (used 15s) and the tricep pushdown/ Zottman cardio destroyed my whole arms (used 20s on the zottmans and my arms feel like some bratwursts popping out the casing).

W1D3 done. Had to take a break foe a few days. After Grasshopper, Squatober & Arm Farm uninterrupted my body said "no mas por favor".

W1D1 done. Cardio was brutal after not lifting for two weeks.

W1D4 today and it looks like I will be adding some serious weight onto my bench by the end of this program, maybe not quite to 400 but its going way up.

I’ll be happy with 180.

160x4 is current best. Using 185 as training max.

That giant set and the cardio ain’t no motha fricking low key, shite is just hard

W1d1 done but frick those giant sets

Man I can’t even really finish last set of cardio, got such an arm pump I can’t really curl or straighten my arms

Used a different handle on push downs and Jesus

W1d2 done. Did everyone superset the barbell curls with the behind the back roll ups? I did empty bar for the roll ups and it is a pump on places I did not realize I had muscles.

I haven't been doing super sets with the cardio. I think I did day 1 and then realized it didn't say to super set.

It didn’t say NOT to superset them either, and the cardio and grip circuits are conveniently both 5 sets every workout

Super setting today.

Almost done with W1D2. These wrist rollups are brutal.

Forearms are toast! Only got 15 on the last set.

so not sure how yall were doing these rollups, but i was letting it roll all the way down to my fingertips and was SS with the curls. about half way through the 4th set i could no longer hold the barbell on the rollups due to grip and forearms being 100% done. i was able to finish 4th set breaking it into 2 reps at a time, but there was no way i could do a 4th so i called it a night.

the grip circuits/cardio are by fat the hardest thing in this program IMO, like not even close.
