i can do 90s pretty easy on those but one of the 90s broke on my powerblocks so waiting for the replacement to come in. when it does, gonna go to 100s.

goal is 125's to the end of my street by end of the year.

but if you want...run this as is....(upper body focus) then turn around and run lets get peachy then house of the rising buns....then run an upper body focused program

Thanks! Gonna run this one as-is. I’m bad about freelancing on programs and am trying to commit to doing exactly what they say.

I’ll def try one of those other ones next time!

W3D3 done. Wow what a workout. That one kicked my arse. 45 reps of bench and 24 squats.

I’m pretty sure I said last week that day 3 was the easiest. I’m very sorry Aaron. I didn’t mean to offend you.

Yea… I did this one on Wednesday and woke up sore as hell today. Got most of the lactic acid out with a walk this morning but I was not expecting that soreness hah. I also got lulled in to a false sense of security about these day 3s

I'm not sure I can truly tank them.

Strongville is at the top IMO.

Deadcemeber, Arm Farm, and Squatober were are all hard in their own right. This month is just different

thats pretty much how i feel about strongville. it just hits different.

looking forward to superset and then i have to decide what i am going to do since so many seem to be splintering off to different programs after strongville.

I liked the shorter times of deadcember and felt it was less intense overall, even as a 5day. Strongsville is pretty demanding taking me 80 or 90min or so 4 days a week.

I'm often interupted by my kids though, over that time frame.

My shoulders are looking better than ever :)

I will prolly run a 3day program next up.

I would say:
Strongville
Silverback
Squatober
Arm Farm
Deadcember

But I did enjoy Deadcember. I didn’t dislike any of them.

Strongville, Silverback, & Filling Out the Hoodie are probably my favorites.

But my deadlifts pre-Deadcember were considerably less weight than post.

After Dumbbell Strength, I think I’ll do Squatober to beef up my squats.

I think Squatber was overall my favorite month. I liked how my shorts got tighter and tighter by the day

I am going to run Pump City in Feb with subs for Cybex machines for most barbell work I think (except back squats).

I think in order of challenging strength workouts, the ones I have run go:
1) Strongville
2) Big Bench
3) Squatober
4) Arm Farm

1 and 2 have been LONG workouts compared to squatober, and the bulk of Arm Farm was much more of a conditioning program with all the supersets than strength training.

In terms of enjoyment, I really enjoyed running around like a dumbass supersetting everything in Arm Farm and having a whole upper body pump every day.

I also really enjoyed the whole community aspect and being able to preview the workouts on IG of Squatober, and I actually liked squatting every day as well as having 45-60min workouts. It's hard for us to keep the sense of "us vs the program" and the group accountability without being able to post the workouts.

I think this one might be my favorite with the pool seasons right behind it. Those were the first two PPSA programs that I ran so I’ll be interested to see if they are actually among my favorite or just nostalgic when I rerun this spring.

1. Strongville (subject to change after the last week)
2. Pool Seasons
3. FOTH1
4. Arm Farm
5. SJTH (this one was good but beat me up and was long, definitely most difficult I’ve done)
6. FOTH2 (tried doing this 5 day per week program between thanksgiving and Christmas which was a mistake, too busy that time of year)

Planning to add Elbow Meat, Squatober, and Big Bench to the programs I’ve run this year

I don't know about you boys but I've been wiped out every afternoon this week. I work out at lunch and by 3:00 I'm spent. Even been going to bed earlier than normal.
