Gyms in Baton Rouge that you can purchase a day pass at?

I live out of state and am visiting BR. Was wondering if the board had any recommendations on gyms that you can purchase a day pass for $10-15 for? Mainly looking to do weights. Preferably at least relatively clean.

Nothing but a lifters gym.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what that meant
LSUALUM, what's the acronym stand for? Ended up going to spectrum for $10. It was good for what I needed. Crazy that the pool area look completely identical (ie. run down) to when i used to go there as a boy 20+ years ago
