Don't leave it on the bar and put it away and we won't have that problem. I put mine back when I am done.

It's petty as shite, I know, but learn to pick up after yourself. I am not your maid

You’re just strewing it somewhere else for someone to pick up moron.

It’s not petty, it’s just idiotic and unnecessary

Where do I even start.

The gym I go to has three male trainers, one is built like Kevin Durant but shorter, and the other two are fat. Why would anyone pay to be trained by someone who obviously doesn't practice what they preach. On top of that, I've seen them multiple times teaching incorrect form.

Dudes who tote around a huge gym bag to every station, set in down in the walkway, and never take anything out of it. There are lockers and cubbies for your shite, don't put it down in everyone else's way, dick..

Dudes wearing skin tight shirts or the cut off shirts with damn near the entire sides cut out, and don't have any muscles, usually skinny as hell. I instantly judge them as douchebags.

People who sweat on the equipment and don't wipe it down. Yall are some gross MFers.

I like the crew of early 20s baws that show up, place their gym bags, protein canisters, water bottles, etc on three benches and then go work out on equipment 30 feet away.

More of a gym setup thing...but people dont need to see themselves in a mirror doing every lift

Also I wish gyms would either put their punching bags wayy off in a corner by themselves...or just dont put them in gym. If you are gonna do your rocky routine...just join a boxing gym

A triset maybe. Unless youre a competitive lifter, I see no reason why anyone should just stand around during rest period

Recovery is just as or more important than the exercise itself, both in a macro and micro sense. Sorry you’re an idiot. Hope you’ll be able to get your shoes tied all by yourself tomorrow

cool...listen dude I know you are a miserable loser who lashes out at strangers to cope I guess. This board is a positive to encourage others. Take your shitposting to another board or go start fights at a bar or something...or get some help

You said something dumb (and then doubled down on it), there’s an extraordinarily simple solution to this

Didn't they used to actually have midget boxing at bars? Got banned by the touchy feely "don't hurt my feels" group. I bet he would have excelled at that.

There are guys at the gym that leave their shite on the bench/seat of a machine and will walk away from the machine. Drives me nuts.

Had a lady call me rude when I did this between sets to go to the bathroom. Told her she could have the machine and I could move somewhere else but she just kept yapping. I ended up just re-racking, cleaning the equip & walking away. I'm too old to be arguing w/ some gym Karen.

The irony of it is that she was upset because she & her friend weren't able to take two machines up to do squats next to each other at the same time.

I’m speaking more so to the guy who wants to leave his bag and shite at the bench but are on another machine or doing a whole arse workout in another part of the gym. But want to “save” that machine for when they’re ready for it. It’s usually the same guy who grabs all of the cable attachments and hoards them instead of switching out one at a time.

If you leave for a few to use the restroom, that’s not the same IMO. Or even if you’re doing a super set with some dumbbells nearby.
