Anyone had any experience wit this? I have pain on the inside of each joint. Affecting lifting, extending my arms, and pain when I wake up. Any suggestions? I mentioned it to my primary care Dr and she pretty much blew it off and said to see a specialist. I'm waiting to get into an Ortho.

Look up the reverse Tyler twist. YT should have videos.

If you try it and it helps then update this post some time.

I had it pretty bad during the pandemic shutdown. I was playing everyday. I got a Theraband on the advice of this board. It works. Also, I use the tennis elbow straps. Last, ice, ice, ice, ice.

Started lifting weights again and have this as well. Ever time I start lifting weights, I get this. Doing the Theraband every day and it's keeping it under control, but it hasn't gone away yet.

20 years ago I had surgery for this injury. I was lifting, not stretching, and playing a lot of golf. Took cortisone treatments until they didn't work. The ortho said he could see the damaged tissue when he got in there.

I sometimes have tennis elbow so I bought 2 Therabars to strengthen tendons. I use 2 BandAids straps when I work out. Everything good so far.

I had a pretty bad case of Tennis elbow for a few months and followed this video, it went away after about a week.

That's Rip's charm. He has 100's of videos and he's the exact same guy in every one of them. He also owns a gym that looks exactly like you'd think.

He's really opinionated and that turns a lot of people off. Especially if you get him started on CrossFit or modern strength coaching methods. He's as old school as it gets.

Great video. I’m going to try this for my golfers elbow.

Do you think just do it in lieu of back/bi workout day?

I did it Monday/Wednesday/Friday. That's all I did on those days. I was in a good bit of pain so I just took the week off and tried that.

When he talks about doing it on a workout day I'm pretty sure that's what he means. I think his program is M/W/F.

Well...... That fricking hurt. I couldn't get passed two pullups before it got uncomfortable. One set was very painful, but it seems fine now.

The first day was the worst for me. I think I was doing 3 or 4 reps.

Hopefully you'll have similar results. Monday sucked, Wednesday wasn't that bad, Friday was pain free. It almost seemed to good to be true.

Well….. I’ll keep at it. Pick a Sonic close to you in case this doesn’t work. I’ll only be able to check knuckles on one arm.

Did my first session.

20x3

Last set I went to failure so completely burn it out. Wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Hopefully I taxed it enough.
If this works I will send you a nice bottle of scotch!

If it doesn't work, we can organize a trip to Sonic with Aubie Spr96. I'll buy you guys some tater tots and then the knuckle checks can commence. Me vs two one-armed men should be entertaining for the employees.

It's on my workout list today at lunch. I should clarify that I did my sets between kettlebell swings (10 x 2).

ETA: Better than the other day. I was able to do 10x2 with minor discomfort. Hope this works, this is one of the primary reasons I've always quit lifting.

Don’t want to get my hopes up but after one pull up session 4 days ago my elbow is noticeably better. Worked shoulders/traps today and did another 20 sets of 3 with less pain then first time.

Cautiously optimistic!

I’ve had this elbow pain for over a year now. Pretty much just been sucking it up and dealing. Gonna try this on my deload week and hope it works
