Seeking all opinions…
I’m obese and have lost 120+ pounds with more to lose.. I mostly ate a high protein/low carb diet.
I’m seeking to formulate a consistent diet that fits Omad, low carb, 12-1500 calories while getting great nutrients from natural foods such as blueberries and organic nuts like Brazil, hazel, macadamia etc… also I don’t cook with any oils
Basically I plan to eat every day
3 eggs, 1 tbsp of honey (helps me w allergies), 7 oz grilled chicken, a handful/half cup of blueberries, a cup of air fried okra, 7 oz baby carrots, 2 sticks of cheese or shredded..
Then have a “main” protein
Steak/beef 2 nights a week
Salmon/tilapia 2 nights a week
Pork 2 nights a week
Then either something random or double up on chicken..
Any thoughts on something I should seek to add or replace would be appreciated

Ha well don’t like broccoli (or many veggies) and I love rice… but I’d inevitably eat too much and too many carbs.. not to mention not beywgsr I’d consider natural

Looks pretty solid.
You could eat more fish but 2x a week is more than most people
Only thing I’d say is add in some leafy greens. Maybe buy baby spinach and throw them in with your eggs. Great source of magnesium and fiber

If you're not using oils you should add some eggs or fatty fish to get some healthy fats. Other than that just eat it and track the cals

I’d go with your own opinion.

Good job. Listen to American Glutton podcast to keep it going. Ethan Suplee lost over 300lbs and is now jacked.
