Food Intake vs. Exercise tracking apps

Anyone have suggestions for a good app that would allow someone to input goal macros, not just daily calories, and track exercise?
I want to see my intake vs. exercise to have a better idea on calorie consumption vs. exertion and make sure I'm hitting macros.
Everything I'm finding just has calorie intake and exercise(i.e. my fitness pal)
To expand on this some, I'm a bigger guy and spent the better part of the last decade lifting to get bigger. I've changed my stance on this and would like to drop some lbs and have used a macro calculator to get an idea of what I should be taking in. I'm 6'2" 250lbs on the nose. I am currently running 3-6 miles 3-4 times per week at a 8 min 45 sec per mile pace and have basically cut the weight training out.
For the past 2-3 months I've switched my diet up to the following:
Breakfast: 1 scoop of a weight gainer protein(depending on the brand this is usually around 250 cals and 15g protein), and sometimes throw in some fruit(1/2 cup strawberries, or a banana).
Lunch: same protein shake as breakfast and some more fruit
Dinner: usually a protein(chicken breast, ground turkey, or steak) and a vegetable or two. It's rare that I eat bread/rice/potatoes. Also cut out beer completely.
I've definitely lost inches, but that damn scale stays at 250 so I figured I'd start tracking everything a little more seriously to get a better idea of what's going on and would ideally like to do this in one app and not have to open 2-3 to track it all. TIA

You can set macros with MFP. Might be the paid version though. I used to use it.

I tried setting up a MFP account yesterday on both mobile and desktop and they were having some issues with their server

Why have you cut out weight training?

It's not quite that easy. Plus if he is reducing calories he is not going to gain mass.

You can set macros by % of calories on MFP, and the paid version will let you set them by gram.
Unfortunately there's not really a better database than MFP out there.
Evolve is a new one that's pretty cool, you can just use voice commands to add food.
You should continue weight training. The worst thing you can do for your BMR is lose muscle. Weight train just as hard, if not harder, than you did while trying to gain muscle. The more you lift and the more protein you eat, the more you're telling your body to prioritize keeping the muscle.

Cronometer is something like My Fitness Pal with a little more emphasis on vitamin and mineral intake. I use Strava to track runs and bike rides. Strava is excellent at tracking these type things and it automatically populates in Cronometer if you link your accounts.

Why does a wild animal not need an app to not be fat, yet humans do?

im going to reiterate what a few others have said...i definitely wouldnt cut out weightlifting just because you want to drop weight. you will lose muscle as well as fat if you are only doing cardio.
