Male turned 44 this week, 5'11 165lbs.

I'm very big on my health and nutrition. Work out 6x a week. Strength, cardio, and Yoga. My doctor has been telling me my LDL is high and i was curious what you thought of my Lipids.

Also, if you don't mind letting me how important the items below the lipids are that came back out of range. I don't know what they are and in the summary the Dr only mentioned LDL. Of course, I'm going to email the doctor but I'm always curious on the health boards take in case one of y'all have had one of them come back abnormal.

An LDL of 104 is not terrible at all. I wouldn't start a statin. I would stick with a healthy diet, keep exercising. You can take something like an omega 3 or fish oil for now.

elevated BUN likely means you were dehydrated. Creatine isn't listed, which I can assume was normal, would rule out any kidney issues and lean back to dehydration.

ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHILS 561 HIGH 15-500 (cells/uL)

I wouldn't worry about these two. With the lone elevated BUN supporting dehydration, I would chalk these two up to that as well.

I had Lipo A tested earlier this year and it was 27 nmol/L

What’s the difference between A and B and should I get B checked too?

Cholesterol looks fine

Bun is high because of you working out so often. It’s normal.

HDL/TRI ratio is outstanding. That's pretty good shorthand until you get an expanded panel.
