Yeah I don't know if people with a diagnosis of Down syndrome can get that ripped and big.

I’ve seen this guy a few times in the squat rack doing 45s all the way to the end of the bar. He was in shape but not a dude who looked like he was going to squat 500lb.
Always grunted and dropped the bar hard.
One time I was close enough to realize he was using huge plastic 10s and 25s that we’re sized like 45s.
I didn’t know that was a thing.
