Tested positive a week ago, no symptoms. Been laying low, doing projects around the house. I am ready to go for a run. Any of yall get symptoms after exercising?

Anecdote incoming. My buddy had it, mild symptoms, tried working out and his heart rate went crazy. I personally wouldn't chance it but that's just me.

I will probably give it another day or two, need a break anyway. Thanks!

I never tested positive for COVID, but I did test positive for antibodies in April 2020, and I am certain I got COVID after returning from skiing in Lake Tahoe in December 2019.
I was very active at the time I thought I had COVID and didn't stop. My symptoms were like a bad cold that came with a rash, but not enough to keep me from the gym.
I was fine.

Go take a brisk walk and see what happens.

I had it. Trained hard and heavy in the gym right through it. I was also asymptomatic. I didn’t feel anything different. I train early in the morning before anyone else comes in. I didn’t get anyone else sick, but asymptomatic people don’t seem to be a problem, anyway.
ETA: Well, technically I did give it to my wife, but we did things I wouldn’t do with anyone else so, sort of doesn’t count.

One of my sons just limited his workouts during a 2 week period while experiencing no symptoms.

I exercised after testing positive for covid in February. Asymptomatic too. No issues here. I do high intensity workouts too.

Just went on a 5 mile run. Feel great. I mentally needed that exercise.
