I have a friend who has noticed a change in his ejaculation. He now ejaculates before orgasm. Is this a prostate issue? Should he see a urologist?

There is no substitute for actual, medical advice.
If he wants jokes and broscience, he could try the internet instead. That seems like a significant enough change to warrant seeking legit medical treatment.

I've noticed certain medications will have this affect. Not "before" exactly, but maybe during the build up and earlier than "normal".
