So I've shed a good bit of weight just dietting and doing some light cardio. Looking to change my diet to a more moderate form of keto while keeping light cardio and adding in strength training. Looking at a workout solution with dumbbells in a small space. I've got a flat bench ordered. I'd like to be able to store these out of sight also. I've looked at the adjustable sets and I am currently looking at buying bowflex 552 adjustable sets. It just seems like that would be the easiest solution. Does anyone else know of a similar setup that's better?

Power blocks. Simplest design out there.

Look into ironmasters. Takes a little more time to change the weight, but has the feel/handling of real dumbbells
