Do you ever workout while getting drunk?

That's true, but I think doing it drunk is just a tad bit too dangerous.

No as my routines involve a lot of ring work and inverted hangs, last time I did anything on my rings when drinking I busted my nose on the floor, so no.

Truthfully I do a lot of things that if I'm not tight completely through the movement I run the risk of hurting my shoulders. Example would be skin the cats on the rings or ring support with ring turouts

Sometimes while watching LSU play, I get super jacked and have to release some energy, typically with push ups or something.

I’m also often drunk while watching LSU football.

Not sure if this counts.

1st time Was after a show in college. Got trashed and cussed out all my band mates. Refused to let them drive me Home. Told them. I would run home. It was about 6 or 7 miles. It was also Shreveport and 2am. One of my band mates just followed me in the car. I ran the whole way home. At one part a dog was chasing me and I turned around and punched it. Jumped through a construction site next to my apartment bldg and basically did parkour. Hurdled an 8nft wood fence and then walked up the stairs to my apt. Didn't even break a sweat but it felt like a long time. Roommate was still awake burning dope in the living room and I just flipped him the duce and went to bed.

Ive done a few heavy squat sessions while hungover

Never felt terribly nauseated but had diarrhea out of this world

Had a surprisingly aggressive happy hour last week and then went right to the gym after. I wouldn't say I was drunk, but I was solidly buzzed.

I had no clue what the session would be like, but I actually did pretty damn well. I thought it would be a total write-off, but it wasn't that bad!

I've worked out very drunk a couple of times. It's been a while and I wouldn't recommend it, but the sessions were surprisingly very good.

I seemed to get a good pump. Increased blood flow and/ or vasodilation possibly?
