Do y’all tan?

I work out for a number of reasons, one of which is aesthetics. I work hard and have proper gains but feel like I’d get more mirror satisfaction if I tanned a bit.

I do. We also have a spray tan machine. I'm not currently though.

I just run and mow the lawn without a shirt in the summer and swim with my kids a ton.

Yeah, part of my motivation is that I’m so freaking white that when spring and summer come around I have a long ramp up period or I burn.

I actually mow in Adidas running shorts for this reason. My wife makes fun of me for it often.
