Delta 8 Topical

Anyone have any experience with the topical form of this? Fighting through some plantar fasciitis and thought about trying some. I made the mistake of trying some of the full blown THC stuff in Colorado one time. Ended up stoned as a bat.
Definitely not looking for that result.

Never tried the topical form, but definitely like the gummies
and if the result you are looking for is to just not feel the plantars, well...

I had some non-Delta 8 laying around. I used it last night along with a myofascial release tool. Not sure if they both worked or if it was just one of them, but it definitely worked. Of course that was the last of the CBD oil topical.....

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for years. Have you found anything that actually helps?

I've got non D8 CBD topical from Crescent Canna and Pure Spectrum. Both seem to be effective in providing temporary relief from the various CrossFit ailments and longer running days.
I've never tried D8 topical (nor knew that it was available). Curious what other comments ensue.

I had it in my left foot and it’s basically gone away. Calf raises on the edge of a stair along with calf stretches fixed that one.
I developed it in my right foot months after. This one has lingered for longer. Still doing calf raises daily along with stretches. Doing the myofascial release has helped.

OT but Im still trying to find the sweet spot.
1.5 put me in another dimension, 1 put me to sleep and .5 didnt do much.

Plantar KILLED me for years. Tried everything- until I was limping around Gatlinburg (seriously) and saw a lady at a tourist mall selling some orthotics.
At that point they could have cost $2000 a pair and I would have tried them. It was hurting my quality of life.
I had recently been to Australia and on a 5 mile run, it started to hurt so bad, I had to stop and walk 2 miles back to the hotel. It was really debilitating for me.
Back to the solution-
You need Alzner orthotics. It will feel like you’re standing on a golf ball for the first few days- which is actually kind of satisfying.
Google it- there are a few places that sell them.
