Do you do rows at all? Heavy barbell rows, kroc rows, single arm barbell rows, etc. all help develop strong upper back. I find they carry over bigly to deadlifts.

Yeah I do Yates Rows 1-2x/week to focus on lats/upper back

Finishing up the 1s week of cycle 2. Had to do the last 2 workouts on one day, killed my OHP effort after heavy squats :(.

Got a little froggy on my short bench day Thursday and decided to go heavy.

Really wanted to go for 305 but 295 wasn't super smooth and I actually kinda tweaked my back on the 275 rep so I decided to wait. Maybe in a couple weeks.
Leg day yesterday sucked. My knee was killing me and I only managed a couple sets of 185 x 6 squatting.
Strength chest day today went well on the bench:
245 x 7
255 x 5
255 x 6
225 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
245 x 2

I’ll roll with what DeafJam did. I’m 5’10” and weighed 166.7 this morning. Probably around 12% BF. I don’t have chicken legs or anything, but I definitely carry more weight in my upper body.
ETA: Workout this morning:
Back/bicep hypertrophy, with strength DLs to start out. Got 325x7.
Really doing well in the strength department right now. Monday I got 2x5, 1x7 @ 205 on Incline bench and Tuesday I did 3x5 @ 305 for squats.
I’ll roll with what DeafJam did. I’m 5’10” and weighed 166.7 this morning. Probably around 12% BF. I don’t have chicken legs or anything, but I definitely carry more weight in my upper body.

Unrelated: I took my pre-workout about 10 minutes ago. Got to the gym, realized I forgot my shorts AND one of my shoes. No workout today.
I've never taken the pre-workout and not gone straight to exercise. Do I need to start doing pushups at my desk? I'm feeling weeeeeird.
