Also, looking at DeadJam’s lifts, we are almost identical in upper body stuff but he is waaaaay ahead of me in lower body.

I need to do that. I can't seem to break the 18 1/2 barrier. My biceps have always had no girth. It's all tricep.

You got any tips on what to use?

*They aren't that big ATM but I haven't trained them in a long time

I bought these. As long as you buy medical versions, they're cheap.

They're not very sturdy, but for BFR, you don't need to go excessively tight. They've held up for me.

I just carry a lot of my weight in my upper body for some reason. I’ve been squatting like a mfer lately to fix my disparities though

Heavy squat doubles to 355. Then 3 giant sets of belt squats x5, RDL's and GHRs. Farmers walks with 200 per hand, then grip, single arm waiters walks and hollow rocks.

OHP 157.5 x 6
Squats 317.5 x 14

Squats were nice and low. I probably had more in me, but I felt my form was going to falter so I racked it. Hit 6 reps on OHP, so I can move up to 160. Whoop.

Swear i’ve Been lifting. I got some good lifts in recently.

Yesterday

Squat 250 3x5
Deadlift 265 1x5

Today

Bench 200 3x5
OHP 115 3x5

Spartan Beast World Championships in Tahoe next Saturday. AROO!

Trying to decide what strength program to follow after the race. Wanna focus on lifting till the end of the year.

Volume lower. Giant set of belt squats, RDL's and split squats. 4 rounds of that. Yoke walk and suitcase farmers to finish plus some grip work.

Trap-bar DL: 275x10

Tried a trap bar instead of conventional bar for deadlift today and think I’m going to continue with that. I found it much easier on my upper back.

I could have done more on deads, but I felt like my back was going to round, so I racked it. I’m very form concious right now. Either way, 7 is a good day.

Recovery upper. Tried a little differenr stuff. Pushups with weight vest x 20 im giant sets with light OHP and TRX rows. 4 rounds of that and done.

Heavy lower. Doubled squats to 355 in giant sets with GHR and band pullthroughs. 3 backoff giant sets of belt pause squats, good mornings, split squats and more ghr's.

Core circuit to finish of calves, single arm waiters walks, ghd situps and dragon flags.

I just cannot get in a good session on Fridays. frick my life. What the frick do I have to do to be able to lift well on Fridays? frick!

I had a productive Friday. Tied a 3 rep pr on bench. Then 4 giant sets of weighted dips, either floor press or weighted pushups, rows and side laterals.

Finished with some lightish 220 per hand farmers walks for 40 feet and gorilla grip machine.

Revamped the program with the help of lsu777. Switched to a twice per week routine.

Hang cleans 115 EMOM x 8
OHP 115 1 x 6, 1 x 8
OHP 65 10 x 5, chin ups 10 sets
Close grip bench 155 3 x 8
Pause squats 285 1 x 6, 255 1 x 255
Bring that Bitch Sally down 65

That 3rd session per week was just not productive. Until I finish cutting fat, I’ll probably stay with this routine.

last night i hit the following

Press- 145x6, 130x8
Press- 115- 5x5 super setted with chins
squats- 321 wave 235/245/255. Hit 255x3.

Just getting over this sickness I have had all since last weekend.

I am hitting steak and eggs along with fasting all week so keeping the workout short and sweet.
