I always suck after a deload.

Volume bench. 5x5 on bench up to 205 in giant sets with rope sled pulls and crucifix holds. 4x5 weighted dips in giant sets with upright rows, curls and JM presses.

Finished with trap bar deadlift doubles up to 500 supersetted with carries of various objects and weights. Thought I had 540 in me, but not today.

I find it takes a couple of days to reaclimate after a deload. Kind of sucks.

I'm the same. I'm trying to look at this as a reloading week to build on.

Usually I hang on to long instead of deloading and tweak something minor instead of knowing when to say when. I had been going hard for 2 and 1/2 months before this deload, so I thought it was time.

Alright I am officially back to pre-slump strength, at least.

Flat bench yesterday. 3 x AMRAP @ 225.

Knocked out 7, 6, 5 reps; no spotter unfortunately, likely had at least another 1-2 reps on each. Two weeks ago I couldn't get 225 up 4 times on my first set :-P

Leg day today...what the hell...

Went after deads and hit 220 kg, lost grip on 230 kg, and lost grip AGAIN at 240 kg....

damnit! See what a weeklong programming workshop gets you! weak fingers and grip. stupid nerd brain.

Still rebuilding after a deload.

5x5 on SSB squat @ 240 supersetted with 5x4 sldl/rdl from the floor with 275.

Finished with yoke walk in a giant set with hollow rocks and calves. Then 5 min of sled dragging for cardio and done.

Restarted my 5 week bench 3x per week program.

Lifts are waaaay down compared to 8 weeks ago. It’s what I get for being somewhat injured. Gainz should come quickly.

Rep all of your workouts sound like they're in another language. It's like that commercial where the Brits are trying to explain cricket.

I'm trilingual. English, a little Spanish and fluent Trapanese.

Is it the exercises, giant/superset formats or the set and rep ranges? I can always try to write more understandably. I've been doing those exercises and formats long enough I have shorthand, but if I'm gonna write them out, I might as well be semi-comprehensible.
