:15 all out spring on Assault Bike
- rest 2:00 between rounds

Cooldown:
3 rounds:
20 cossacks
20 single arm double Russian KB swings
20 KB strict press r/l

If you've never done it before, that :15 sprint x 8 rounds is a killer. The first round you think is easy, the second starts to get a little uncomfortable. About round 4 or 5 you wonder if you will finish. 7 and 8 are nothing but dead legs and trying not to die.

Awesome? Yeeesh. I wasn't a fan, but knew those damn situps were coming. I took my time

Strange one today. I am going to a bow shoot/beer drink tonight, so if i am going to workout, it will have to be noon.

10 each arm alternating. Wasn’t bad. I did it in about 11:30 and burpee box jumps are always terrible for me

Got my first bar MU yesterday. Took 8 months, and it was ugly as hell, but got it nonetheless

Yeah I recorded myself on the last one. Have good form on the swings until I try to shoot up, and my legs go crazy in different directions. It was good to see though. Feel like it will help out a lot going forward.

Strength, worked up to a 275 double arse to grass squat. Then did some bodybuilding leg accessory work

Conditioning

Max effort 2 min rounds.
10 cal on the assault bike
3 deadlifts at 225
5 toes to bar

Any left over time is rest. The workout is over when you can’t go anymore or the clock runs you down. I was shooting for 10 rounds. Only got 5, I was completely smoked and couldn’t even move my arms on the bike

2nd conditioning work out
2 min AMRAP four rounds
2 bar over burpees
4 touch and goes power snatches at 75lbs
8 air squats

Today will be day 3 I rest. Did work on the deer lease instead. Plus I have tennis elbow that’s been affecting my working out. Gonna get it injected tomorrow.
