I know it sounds weird but I can tell immediately if something has a lot of artificial sweeteners.

I see this a good bit on another diet forum I read. I think some people just have much more refined taste than others. I could probably tell differences side by side, but most "diet" packaged products are fine to me because I can't pick up on the taste very easily. I'm glad I can't

HATE Stevia products.

Me too. Well not so much anymore. I tried to go straight stevia drops, but couldn’t, so i went with 1/3 sugar and then stevia drops to taste. From there I slowly got used to stevia and can do it 100% but it’s not awesome.

For those trying to move to black, try adding a pinch of salt to your coffee. It will cut the bitterness.

Just tried “Nitro” coffee and it’s a game changer. Apparently it’s just a certain method of cold brew. No sugar or anything it. Tastes amazing.

And it’s a full glass of coffee instead of 60% ice and 40% coffee lol

Never heard of this, interesting. I also heard of adding bacon fat...
