Got 129 reps (Rx) on Friday. Felt like I could do better so I retested yesterday and got 135. My lower back was screaming last night.

22.2 Rx.. 79 reps. I could pace the burpees pretty well, but those deadlifts got heavy as shite after about 5 rounds. I started doing two or three rep sets and taking a lot of 10 and 20 second breaks to make sure I stayed safe

All jokes aside there are some incredibly strong women at Geaux. Proportionally, I think there are more women that are Rx athletes than men

I only made it halfway through 22.2 before I timed out. I was about 6 reps into the ten rep round.

I finished 1-4 in a little over 40 seconds and purposely slowed to a slower pace.
In retrospect, I should have just kept going until I ran into the wall because I slowed down more in the 7-8 rounds.

Yes Rx. I can do all those movements very well compared to the heavy deadlifts from 22.2. Did 21 PUs unbroken and DUs unbroken out of the gate and paced the thrusters 8,7,6. Broke up the CTB and thruster 7,6,5 second round with unbroken DUs, did 10/4/1 muscle ups, unbroken DUs, then suffered through the heavy thrusters at the end
they took me a while

Did scaled today. Got my first kipping pull ups! I did 16 in total. If I had just gone a little faster I could've done some SUs and thrusters damnit
