The texture is odd. BC powder is vomit inducing for me. Really any aspirin type product is. I can remember my mother hiding an aspirin in a spoon full of ice cream, me biting down on it, and then vomit on the floor.

Whatever brand it is that I have is almost tasteless. It does have a wired grittiness to it at the end, but it's not even close to being difficult to drink.

The grittiness gets me a little if I try to mix it solo with very little water. I always mix it with protein or gatorade, and that kills any issue for me.

As long as there's enough liquid, it's no issue for me. It's only when I've tried it with shot glass levels of water that I gag a little.

As far as I know there's no reason to ever cycle off creatine and it's pretty much universally beneficial IMO.

From a muscle building stand point you can stay on it forever.

I cycle because it has been shown to cause hair loss.

Straight creatine is the best. There's really no difference other than price between creating monohydrate and the fancy stuff.

Also, this. Just go grab some cheap Creatine Monohydrate.

Is this something to take year around to train or cycle? Also is there any reason to take this while cutting? New to this and just looking for some help. Thanks in advance

1995 called and wanted its thread back

Seriously though, Creatine is tried and true. has been researched over and over and proven to be safe and effective. The old method was to load and cycle it.

For the last 10-15 years, research has shown that loading is not necessary. 5-10 grams per days taken either before or after workouts (ie periworkout) is the best method. No need to cycle either

Yeah, do you skip it if you take a day off from workouts?

Every day. No downside and muscle building occurs on off days too.
