I workout 5 days a week and run or do HIIT on the weekends, diet is clean, meat and veggies + nuts and fruit for snacking. Seeing if creatine would be beneficial towards my muscle growth/weight loss goals. And if so, what kind is everyone taking?

It definitely helps with muscle recovery during and after workouts. I don’t think it will aid in weight loss. I use Hard Rhino. Have been for quite a while. It’s about $18 for a kilogram.

If you're trying to gain muscle, creatine helps. Just make sure you're drinking a gallon of water a day.

Tons of research stating Creatine Monohydrate (yes, the dirt cheap form) is best. You'll gain a little water weight your 1st 2-3 weeks but it'll be worth it in the gym. Also "Google" loading, most research points to the fact it isn't necessary/waste of $$- gets your levels up about 6-7 days faster than maintenance. I buy from Bulk Supplments- no fillers, and make my own caps. Take 5g daily.

Cheap monohydrate creatine!

Don’t let supp companies try to sell you other forms! They work but no need to pay for the different formulas.

I’ve been wondering this too. I lost 40 last yr and plan to lose another 40 this ur to get back to fighting weight. Haven’t used creatine since college days in late 90’s. Thought about trying it out again to help my strength but not sure how it may affect my fat loss goal...or if it even would.
