Creatine: skipping loading phase?

I’m seeing some newer studies saying you can skip loading and still reach the same creatine levels after a month or so as you would with a 3-5 day loading phase. So, a slower build up but less bloating. Anyone have any success skipping the loading phase and seeing results? Any anecdotal reviews?

Loading phase was BS and only recommended so more product could be sold.

Loading phase is horse crap. No load is needed

Has anybody said that the loading phase is not true yet?

Not that I’ve seen. What I’m reading is that loading and not loading achieve the same thing, just at different rates.

Doesn’t really matter ... creatine is cheap so whether you load or not shouldn’t break the bank regardless.

From what I can gather the loading phase fills up the reserve tank quickly.

Load or don't load. In the long run it doesn't really matter. If you're taking 5 grams a day, you'll be saturated soon enough. Consistency is the important thing here.
