Both me and my wife got diagnosed positive today. What has worked for those here that have had it? Bad side effects? Other than just being diagnosed at the urgent care clinic today, they didn’t do shite. I’m listening to my wife hack up a lung right now.

Rush order lactoferrin. Take lactoferrin and Benadryl. The two in combination reduce viral load by 90% according to the University of Florida (yeah, I know).

Also, Benadryl isn't contraindicated with Paxlovid if you're taking that.

I had it last week and only one day I could tell I had something. More like the smallest sinus infection imaginable

I thoroughly enjoyed 5 paid days off from work and took nothing for it.

Edit: I hope your wife recovers quickly after reading through the thread

Other thing she should do is get outside. Sunlight, fresh air, and exercise will all help with recovery.

Walk around the yard.

Why did you even test? What's the difference if it's covid/flu/RSV?

I’d encourage your better half to move and be active as long as she can tolerate.

Minimize the chance of her getting pneumonia, make sunlight a priority so that she is getting adequate vitamin D, I’d also add in echinacea, elderberry, and zinc (picolinate will be ideal) and magnesium at night to help her relax

How is her nose? I highly recommend the Navage system. Studies have shown getting it out the nose helps.

Drink some emergen-c a few times a day.

Also, google streameast for the game you were looking for.

i tested + Friday after a day of non-stop runny nose then my head felt like it was going to explode. Sore throat and aches. Felt horrible. Took zinc, vit D & E, theraflu. Stayed in bed Sat. & Sun.

Started Paxlovid Saturday night and feel normal this evening. That likely made the difference.
