How accurate are they for Body Fat? Is a good one worth the money?

Not really that accurate. Find a gym with a 3D body scan and go get 1 every 2-3 months. A gym here charges $25.

I recently purchased an Amazon Halo band. Part of the app for the band is a body scan function that uses your camera and an AI algorithm to calculate composition. It claims to be twice as accurate as scales. I have found it’s estimate to be within 1% of what my scale reports. It’s also neat because it creates an avatar for you that you can add or subtract bf% to and see how it would affect your appearance.

Find you a 5 Star Nutrition. They have the Inbody machines, and allow free scanning.
