Started working out about 3 months ago (6 day split, doing push/pull/legs) and while I’ve put on a good amount of muscle (went from 194 to 213 in about a three months, cut down my BFP% from 25 down to around 18). Also looking for advice on good lifts/routines to potentially follow, I appreciate any help you guys may have.

yea in a caloric surplus with lots and lots of protein. In your case, it should be extra high due to higher levels of BF.

for pure hypertrophy, i feel john meadows programs are really really good to follow.

Good clean high calories and lots of protein. And if you haven't tracked calories to get a feel for how much you eating do it for a couple months.
But I will say eating a high calorie clean diet is the hardest to stick with. There is a lot of kitchen prep and sometimes eating when you don't even feel like it.

Don't do high carb low fat unless you want to be perpetually hungry. I used to be high carb low fat but prefer low carb high fat now.
