If you could only have three total pieces of equipment what would they be?

I would pick gymnastic rings, a heavy kettlebell and a jump rope.

Incline/flat bench, set of those 80lb adjustable Nuobells, and something for cardio if you live where it gets shitty in winter (treadmill/elliptical/bike). If you can run/bike outside year round then sub in a pull-up bar.

honestly this past 16 months or so of just having that, plus other kbs has taught me, you can pretty much get in everything you need with just that.

with a chair and adjustable vest that goes to 0-80 you can do the following and do them progressively

chest- ring pushups, incline ring pushups, decline ring pushups, ring flyes, incline ring flyes, decline ring flyes, ring dips, floor press, ring pullovers

back- ring rows of very angle, kb rows, ring chins(all kinds) racked chins, kb swing, kb clean, kb snatch

legs- goblet squats, split squats, rear elevated split squats, skater squats, lunges, reverse lunges, hanstring curls, nordic curls, knees over toes split squat, calve raises, tib raises, wall sits
etc

arms- ring curls, ring tricep ext, close grip pushups, dips, bench dips on chair(s), power curls, not to mention static holds to work the biceps like levers etc

shoulders- kb press, pike pushups, handstands, handstand pushups, one arm shruggs, ring Y's, ring T's, YWT's, ring hand stand pushups

shite ton more i am sure i am forgetting especially the static holds.
