So what are you doing in the tradeoff? More HIT, less heavy lifting? Rowing?
no im saying i would take good heart health over using massive amounts of anabolics like sam does just to have his arms
im not against anabolics or PEDs by any means but i am against putting your health and future health in jeopardy just to chase a fricking trophy in a beauty pageant. and in the end that is all bodybuilding is, a male beauty contest.
if you want to run cycles, rely mainly on test for as long as possible then you can add in low doses of nandrolone or primo and slowly build over 16-20 weeks and then take rest of year off and only using test and peptides making sure blood work is perfect.
shite is not worth dropping dead over.

I don't think whether he is on gear or not is even debatable

He’s made indirect comments about gear use. I’m sure he doesn’t want to get pulled from social media platforms for outright discussing it. He’s making a bunch of money off of social media.
When you hear some older body builders talk about Sam’s diet, they are split. Some like his diet approach because it shows that you don’t have to be so restrictive (chicken and rice) and you can still enjoy things while getting huge/ripped. Others simply don’t like his diet from the negative health aspect of processed foods, high sugar content, etc.

Bro of course. I agree with him on certain things and disagree or have a different approach to certain lifts. And that’s fine. He seems cool

As with all you tubers when your content gets stale you talk shite about the person if the day to get more clicks.

His acne is out of control. He’s on so much gear, he’s going to be dead before he’s 30. Hope the pussy is worth it

I follow guys on TikTok whose content is nothing but how to properly take gear

YouTube is against it. And I'm sure that is a bulk of his income with 3.1 million subscribers to his channel.
