Go out and jog. If it's against the rules, you can still get your cardio in running away from the cops.

Seeing joggers all over N.O. right now. I live right off Banks St. which is heavily lined with huge oaks and shaded almost all day long and see joggers running up and down it all the time.

Lots of folks cycling, jogging and just walking for exercise from what I can see when out and about.

Hold up. You want to know whether or not you can run outside and instead of googling it, this is where you came to find out? In that case, no you cannot jog outside. It's a felony and they're enforcing it hard.
