Eating meat while I transition into the diet. I would expect that wouldn’t last 30 days. Perhaps I didn’t word this correctly.

And no-6 ft 185ish. Just recovered from breaking a bone or two in my ankle doing a Muay Thai kick with bad form. My mind wasn’t focused on the kick I’ve kicked hundreds of times bc my little sister was being harassed and I wasn’t focused. Bad practices. I have learned.

How old are you and why in the hell would you want to remove protein from your diet?

Know the macro most responsible for muse gain and retention? Protein

Know the macro that is almost impossible to turn into fat...protein

Know the macro with highest TEF....protein

Why the hell would you want to cut the most i.portant part of a diet out?

Also that isn't a diet. It's a menu with some stupid advice at the end.

You need complete, absorbable proteins. We all do.

If you're looking for a single "diet," then I would recommend reading Dr. Ted Naiman's PE Diet. Protein to Energy ratio. It's really just a way of thinking about structural macros (protein) versus energy macros (carbs and fat).

And he explains why it's difficult to get proper proteins eating only plants.

They just had a good round on twitter describing it. Someone explained that if the protein (10x'ed) is larger than total calories, then you're good.

i.e. total calories equal 140 with 16 grams of protein in some sort of food. 16 times 10 is 160, which is greater than 140. My own way of eating is naturally near this and is a wonderful way of tilting protein and getting lean.

Yeah I'm exactly the same. I do a form of, "keto," but I get my metabolic flexibility/ketone upregulation more from time restricted eating than from gorging on fat. I don't really think about it. I just don't eat many carbs or many times a day. And the meats, fish, eggs etc I eat give me the P:E ratio Ted promotes.
