what a ridiculous fricking comment. if you eat a massive ribeye your body does not "use" almost almost all of it. There is so much ambiguity regarding diet and the science is constantly evolving yet you reduce everything to these ridiculously simplistic little gems.
I'm not sure what to tell you. Protein and fat are largely digested by the body. Plant celluose is not. One needs to be excreted. The other doesn't. You can use whatever phraseology you want.

The science might be "evolving" but the human body has already evolved over millions of years to eat these things...and that body is not designed to eat a diet rich in vegetables that didn't even exist or grains that had never been cultivated before. There is no "ambiguity" around the fact that the human body was evolved to thrive with meat being at least a plurality (if not super majority) of calories consumed.

My original comment stands: fiber being a supposed "requirement" is only because of other things in the diet that also don't need to be there in the first place.

I had pasta made of lentils.

Apparently I’m going to hell for eating these carbs.

Oh for God's sake.

I will say, this is typically how these discussions end up. You can't engage with substantive information, so you resort to hyperbole and histrionics.

I believe it’s called trolling dumbasses but sure,, whatever you want to call it.

Edit.

Just took possom’s advice and had a green apple. Sumbitch was tasty and nutritious.

Oh, then I'd recommend that you get more practice, because that's a pretty pathetic attempt.

Also, me thinks thou doth protest too much, since you clearly were pretty vested in the thread based on your earlier posts. You only reverted to "trolling" (if that's what you want to call it . . .heh) when faced with substantive info. that called your beliefs into question.

Yet you keep on replying to it....

My beliefs are still rock solid. I eat how I eat because it works for me. I’ve yet to tell someone what they need to be eating.

Go grab an Apple....

Aren't you better than this petty squabbling? It's complete counter-productive to helping people.

Uhhh I hate to break it to you but it’s truthful.

Regarding sugar...there’s zero practical reason to eat sugar. I think at this point it’s been shown that sugar isn’t all that addictive because you don’t see people putting back bags of sucrose on a binge. It’s the fats and processing bound to sugar that make it hyper-palatable that result in someone eating bags of sucrose unbeknownst to them.

Has he been engaged in petty squabbling? What I've seen in this thread is facts and logic offered from one perspective and just ad hom/temper tantrum from the other.
