Anyone heard of Shilajit as a supplment?

Saw some info on it as it was touted as an anti aging supplement, raises test, reduces inflammation, helps with cognitive function.
Never heard of it before personally.

Andrew Huberman has talked about it. I can’t remember what he said but maybe you could search it up. I think it was positive.

I can do all that simply with proper diet and exercise. Don't need some magical supplement for that.

Never heard of it. Some quick research shows it to be safe to take. I've only seen one clinical trial, though, that deals with raising test. Give a whirl and report back your findings.
