Got one that came in yesterday. Unfortunately I wasn’t about to drop $500 to get the theragun, but this one had solid reviews and its quiet as a mouse. Going to use it post workout to help with recovery and growth.

If anyone uses one, I was just curious how long you use it for each muscle group

I made one for under $100 but it's loud. I nail everything that isn't bone in hips/glutes. Hurts so good. Seems to help w lower back, groin and some knee pain.

Works pretty well. Me and the SO took turns using it after we went to the gym. Comes with about 4-5 different pieces in a nice little case. Its so quiet you can do while you watch TV.

I made one out of a jigsaw. There is a company that sells attachments for a jigsaw to make one.

I bought one by sonic this week. Used it before and after the Nola half yesterday. Not sore at all. It was $150 on Amazon. Very similar to theragun. 5 heads. Very quiet. Comes with a nice case. Great customer service. Check out the reviews on Amazon

My SO and I have the hypervolt and love it. But damn, it hurts so good sometimes. Especially if I am really sore same with her. I always feel if so do it on myself it doesn’t hurt as bad, but when I have her use it on myself I feel like it ‘hurts’ more. Don’t want to say hurts, but you know when your muscle is so damn sore that it hurts when you get a massage but feels great when it is over.

Wife got me the sharper image one for Christmas with attachments and such. I use it until it shuts itself off and then I turn it on again. I wouldn't use one of the hard attachments that long, but the foam ball yes, and also moving around and not in one small place forever.

Is that the one from Costco? I got the one what was sold at Costco when it was on sale for ~$50 and it works like a charm, including the multiple attachments. One charge lasts several weeks.

Do you get a sleeve attachment with these things?

Probably from Costco. Box says up to 2 hours usage on a charge but so far it's been more than that.
