Anyone aware of good Black Friday equip deals?

Thanks. If you had to pick between an air bike or rower, which one do you think is better for overall conditioning?

Someone else may be more help but I think it depends on what kind of conditioning you want to do. A rower is better for steady state or longer distances. An air bike is great for higher intensity or interval training.

This all the way. The air bike is death for Tabata. The longest I've ever gone was 18 minutes and it was rough even at a low intensity.

I think echo bike is the same price as assualt bike. Honestly would go with air mill over assualt based on pricing.
