Anybody else have cramp issues after back and bicep workouts?

A couple of hours after every back and bicep workout I get these cramps in my upper forearms and lower biceps. It's about like getting a Charley Horse. I do static and dynamic stretches in my warmup, I drink lots of water throughout the day and my workout, and my potassium level is always fine in my physical.
Any ideas or suggestions?

How is your magnesium intake? Often the cause of cramps (deficiency).

Yes. If I hit them hard enough, def get these. Usually goes away fairly quick. I just make sure to hydrate.

YES! Damn forearms every time. My wife was looking at me yesterday like I'm a freak or something because I had to keep stretching them out.

Yeah, I take magnesium every night before bed. Maybe I need to take 2 a day.

Yep but it’s only when I go to dry my hair after getting out the shower, my forearms cramp every time lol

it's possible you're experiencing tendonitis and mistaking it as cramps. i do a disproportionate amount of pullups, and sometimes i have to dial it back for a week or two due to tendonitis that affects my upper forearm and lower bicep.

Time to break out the Flexbar again and see if that helps.
I actually didn't experience it last night and I worked in as many pullups as I could, but it was late when I git done lifting and I showered amd went straight to bed.
