I've put the vest on a couple of times in the last couple of months.

Did a one mile run

5 rounds strict double cindy

One mile run today

I did an emom of pull-ups yesterday and bench today so I was a little fatigued, but still got it done in 26 minutes. No vest.

Been doing some form once a week since April

Did 10 rounds of 20 cal AB and 400m run (w/ vest) today

Did some unweighted Cindy earlier this week

I need to as well. I haven't logged near enough time in the vest running. Inside will be fine, but that things kills my back after a while running. I did a true half murph with it in and it wasn't too bad so I'll live, but I'm not as prepared as I should be.

I was but I fricked up my foot on DUs Monday: Plantar fasciitis.

I’ve been hobbling around all week. It’s gotten better but no idea if I can run the miles, I may have to row or cycle on a C2 bike.

Our programming has been Murph-centric as of late like most CF gyms, but not enough work outside of gym for me to be fully comfortable this year approaching it. '

Did half of workout few years ago with vest and goal is to do full workout with vest this year for very first time.

We did Cindy few weeks ago and a mile weighted carry two Fridays ago. I brought my vest and did it with a 20 lb med ball, which was first time putting the vest on this year. May also attempted vested 5K tomorrow, but forecast is not friendly for outdoor activities all weekend here unfortunately.

I workout 4-5 times a week. Unfortunately, now outside of a CrossFit gym. But I’m sending it at orange beach CrossFit this weekend

I got sick yesterday, so I’ll have to do it this Saturday.

No longer feel like death, but energy was still very low today.

Sucks. I was really looking forward to doing it with a group.

Ran it with the vest and hobbled around on the runs.

Hip is now hurting from it.

It's hard, but most anyone can do it. And you can test your fitness with year over year times. Seems pretty simple to me
